Discover Your Core Narrative
A 4-Week Workshop with Colin Campbell
February 4, 11, 18, 25, 2026 | 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Purpose & Context

This workshop invites participants to examine the foundational narratives that guide their lives—both conscious and unconscious. Working within a thoughtful group setting, you will explore your personal story within the broader context of our collective experience, bringing awareness to the scripts that inform your choices, relationships, and sense of purpose.

Program Structure

Over four Wednesday evenings, we will methodically explore personal narratives through four elemental perspectives:

Week 1: AIR – The creative dimension: examining the possibilities and imaginative aspects of your narrative
Week 2: FIRE – The historical dimension: analyzing how your narrative has evolved and transformed
Week 3: WATER – The influential dimension: identifying what shapes and flows through your narrative
Week 4: EARTH – The manifestation dimension: observing how your narrative materializes in your life

This workshop balances conceptual exploration with experiential practice. Rather than emphasizing content delivery, sessions focus on facilitated group dialogue, structured reflection, and narrative articulation. Participants will develop practices for telling their stories with intention and awareness—considering how, to whom, and where this telling matters.

Transformative Inquiry

Through this process of inquiry, participants will:

  • Recognize the underlying structure of their current life narrative

  • Understand what greater purpose this narrative serves, and by extension, what they serve

  • Identify which narrative elements support their development and which constrain it

  • Develop methods for consciously reshaping their narrative with clarity and intention
